Daniel condition worsened with each passing moment, and it appeared as though he was on the brink of death.

He spoke with the remaining strength encouraging his people to fight for what belongs to them and never allow the Umuomegas be at the peak even if he dies,they should be brave enough to avenge him. 

"Thomas has BETRAYED MY BENEVOLENCE and he will pay for all pains he have caused us"He added and cough,Nwagu my son will succeed me after I am no more and he lay low to give up his ghost. 

The Villagers both women and children cried heavily as if their Leader have died,

However, just when all hope seemed lost, an old herbalist from the village appeared with a rare antidote that could counteract the effects of the poison.

 Racing against time, the villagers gathered the necessary ingredients and brewed the antidote.With trembling hands, they administered the potion to Daniel with immediate effect, praying for a miracle. Slowly, the poison's grip on him began to weaken. His vomiting subsided, and color returned to his cheeks.

The next day around 12 o'clock. a convoy of vehicles rolled into the village square, bearing officials and consultants. Among them were a few white men, specialists in land demarcation. 

Thomas and Omega came to the village square with most of his villagers, to meet the visitors while Nwagu came with few elders. 

The mediators engaged Them in a heartfelt discussion on the urgent need to embrace peace,set aside their differences and work towards reconciliation. 

After their long sermon they ask who the rightful owner of the disputing land was and give room to hear from both parties.  

Thomas with the support of his son Omega claimed rightful ownership, tracing his lineage back generations falsely . He further told the white men that he gave the people of Emdora some pieces of land to build and cultivate upon and they suddenly turn to claim the whole land. 

On hearing this,the Elders of Emdora spit on his face for bending truths to suit his desires and for opposing the fact, They further narrated how they gave Thomas shelter and all he needed when he have nothing,how he deceived them and lure them to commit filicide,how he killed their High priest and many of their freeborns. 

The mediators were confused as they don't know whom to believe. They ask where the initial boundaries was in the days of Old?

Thomas stood up confidently and said "I know the boundary for my ancestors has shown it to me many times and match forward to lead them to his said boundary. 

 As he heads to the place where his men has built the strongest concrete tablet in the middle of the largest farmland in Emdora he boast that today the people of Emdora shall be brought to light and keep exposing them the more to his gasconade as if he has won. 

Not long he swiftly stopped walking, with his eloquent speech,"Here is the boundary,(pointing at the oak tree that have existed for many years) as the boundary explicit notice. 

With honeyed words and feigned sincerity, He try convincing his audience to believe him. 

You are a liar and this very land was been cultivated upon by my grandfathers and fathers and can never be the boundary. this oak tree serve as a symbol of Endurance, protection and prosperity. Nwagu said. 

The mediators (white men and Government officials) ask if any of them have evidence that prove him to be the rightful owner of the land in order to know where to mark the boundary. 

"Yes I have" Thomas said and his people echoes Yes happily with the thought that they have succeeded in Making the boundary lay further into Emdora's land.

The elders of Emdora shiver and tremble at first and thought of what the evidence could be since the Umuomega people could be tricky and knavish. 

They called upon Oshiru silently in 

their mind to come and intervene. 

Thomas and Omega laugh sheepishly as they walk in a slow motion towards the spot where the tablet was built. 

If we get rid of this trashes their is tablet in which bear a name of either of the two community and any community you see it name written on the tablet are the rightful owner of the land and would point at the boundary of the land "Omega said courageously And boldly. If this land belong to them then today we will know and if it is ours it would be made known as well.  

After this anything that the rightful owner says stands.  

I am saying in advance as the rightful owner that you all shall be executed after it end in my favor. 

"Do we support what he said? " His father asked

Yesssssssssss they echoes happily even the mediator ,the elders of Emdora were speechless as they know that their land has been taken away from them without them fighting back and as well their life. 

Get rid of the trashes let the truth prevail,The leader of the white men said. 

immediately the inhabitants of Umuomega start to remove the trashes with which they cover the tablet.  

vuuuuummmmm no tablet was there rather a log of wood.the Umuomegas were clothed in disgrace and confusion. 

Hahahaha are you surprised a voice said from behind as everyone turn to know who he was
